The administration views are available only to the senior staff you nominate. Everyone else sees the monitoring views.

To help us answer quickly, include:
- your organisation and the site concerned
- the Device ID from the label of any sensor involved
- when the problem started, with the time zone
- a link to, or a screenshot of, the view that shows it
Ask us, too, when you need more than the standard allowance of sites, applications, network profiles or email groups. Each can be raised on request: see the defaults.
